Who Is She?

Today I’ll tell you, my princess, my girl,
So sweet is her name, drop of pearl.

She smiles and shies, she’s so crazy,
She laughs and blossoms, like a daisy.

She talks, never stops, like one cute kid,
She sings and swings, in a voice very tid*.

She walks and flitters, like a butterfly,
She mocks me and jokes, in a tone very ply*.

She sketches and crafts, portraits and castles,
She writes and reads, daringly in all hassles.

She understands my heart, an angel in disguise,
She gets angry sometimes, when I behave unwise.

She writes with me, she’s a poetess divine,
My best friend, my poetry, she’ll remain forever mine.
